Useful / Computer science · grades 7–11 · OGE and EGE exams
Computer science.
For real.
Not pictures about programming, but programming itself: real Python in your browser, an editor with a debugger, bytes and bits, logic circuits and tasks with automatic grading — just like at a coding contest.
# 01 · editor
Like real programmers: files, tabs, debugger, terminal
Everything here works: on the left are the explorer, search, git, the debugger and extensions; you can create files and folders, rename them with a double click and delete them. The code in sandbox.py and in your own files is real Python, running in a separate protected thread.

All tabs are closed.
// You closed the editor window.
Ctrl+Enter run · F5 debug · F10 step · Ctrl+S save · click a line number to set a breakpoint
# 02 · data
What memory really holds
Type any word and see its bytes, as in a real memory viewer. A Latin letter takes one byte, a Cyrillic letter takes two: that is the UTF-8 encoding.
# 03 · logic
What a processor is really made of
Four labs: a real adder, a circuit puzzle, a code lock from an OGE exam task and a logic analyser like engineers use.
# 04 · practice
Tasks with automatic grading
Like at a coding contest or in part two of the OGE: write a program, press “Submit” and it runs against hidden tests. The board shows every test and the final verdict.
# 05 · progress
Every solved task is a commit in your history
This is how programmers keep a history of their work. Hover over an activity cell to see the day, the tasks solved and the lines of code.

Margarita Obukhova is an official OGE computer science examiner
Programming, algorithms and a walkthrough of every exam task. Usually from grade 7.
